I understand well.

I priced the lizard, and as a former US Navy civilian employee, I belong to Navy Federal Credit Union, which is a partner with GEICO (Government Employees Insurance CO).

My quote, with a clean driving record, didn’t decrease my premium. They gave me a number similar to my State Farm annual premium.

I asked the customer service rep if that was for a year – he told me, “no, that’s for six months.”

In other words, GEICO would have DOUBLED my premium!

Geico gave me the best rate above anyone….Cure would have cost over $50 more…..go figure.

My driving record is clean.
